My Story
It all started with a packed car, a flask of hot tea, and enough snacks to feed a small army.
And one very important passenger: the travelling piglet. 🐷
It wasn’t just a toy - it was my sidekick, my pillow, and my quiet companion on long journeys across Europe. It came everywhere with me: family road trips, new places, new beginnings. Today, the piglet has retired (and lives safely on a shelf), but the instinct to keep moving never left.
I grew up surrounded by nature, space, and freedom. Life was simple, but never still - I was always exploring, creating, observing. That curiosity stayed with me.
As I got older, travel became something more intentional.
What began as family holidays turned into independent exploration. New countries, unfamiliar cultures, different ways of living - not just to see them, but to experience them properly.
So far, I’ve explored over 40 countries, and I’m nowhere near done.
But somewhere along the way, I realised something important:
I don’t travel randomly.
I design my trips.
I think about flow, energy, logistics, and experience. I plan with structure, but I leave space for spontaneity. I balance movement with stillness, and busy days with moments that stay with me long after I leave.
This blog is where all of that comes together.
Not just destinations, but how to experience them well.
The routes, the decisions, the lessons, the details people often miss.
Because the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one…
is how you design it.
